  26. I may be wrong, as it is 4 years since I read my 1200 manual type thing, but
  27. I distinctly remember it saying that you had to reset (reboot?) after 
  28. inserting a PCMCIA card... quite why I remember this I don't know, but I also
  29. remember thinking at the time `but you're supposed to be able to put them in
  30. while the machine is still on'. Could this have something to do with it?

  37. How much do these things cost these days? I'd find an I-Card really useful
  38. now, but I'm not going to pay 250 UKP for one! (The last price I saw) Now
  39. if I could get one for 99 UKP... :-)
